Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If you’ve spent those 14 days sitting still… well, we’re impressed, but that’s the cutoff!

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and sweat-free (no "test-run" marathons, please).

• In the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Basically, in the same condition as when they scurried out of our warehouse.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our office. You must use a shipping service with tracking. Why? Because things move fast, and we don't want your gear getting lost in the wild. If we can't track it, we can't refund it.

How to Start the Process

1. Shoot an email to contact@aypants.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

2. Once we give you the green light, ship the package to us.

3. Send us your tracking number so we can watch it come home.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safely. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
